Board of Directors
Widow's Mite Experience is comprised of volunteers, from our Board of Directors to everyone who has a part in helping with our auction. God is so faithful to provide incredible, dedicated women to be an important part of this ministry.
- Janet Baker, Chair - Janet was founder and president of Baker Interiors, Inc, a commercial interior design firm in Atlanta, Georgia. Following a 30-year career in the field of design, Janet and her husband of 43 years, Ben, retired and moved back to their home state of North Carolina. They have two children and four grandchildren.
- Clytie Nolan - Clytie is a retired school teacher, upon retirement she has owned and operated a successful catering business. Clytie has three sons and is a mighty prayer warrior and intercessor.
- Carla Stanley, Treasurer - Administrative assistant at her husband's land surveying business, Carla balances home and career. She has served in both full-time and voluntary capacities at church and most recently as Worship Pastor along with her husband. Carla and her husband, Chris, have two children.
- Lisa Grainger, Intercessor - Lisa has been married to her husband, John, for over 20 years. John served 20 years in the US Army and together they have three sons. Along with an active military life, she has conducted bible studies in Cumberland and Brunswick counties in North Carolina. She has been a missions mobilizer most of her life, touching such nations as Haiti, Africa, India, China, Thailand, Israel and Indonesia.
- Clarice Holden - Clarice is a native of Brunswick County in Southeastern North Carolina. She and her husband, Ron, have been married for 39 years and are the owners of Twin Lakes Seafood Restaurant and Island Breeze Boutique in North Carolina. They are actively involved in their community and serve on numerous charitable boards and benefits.
- Tracey Coleman - Tracey and her husband, Wade, have been married for 26 years, and they have two children. She has taught Sunday school and has led young women's bible studies and prayer groups at her local church, as well as teaching biology at Christian high school.
- Jeannie Johnson - Jeannie has been married to her husband, Bayly, for 30 years and they have five children and six grandchildren. Her enthusiasm to teach not only academics, but the Word of God, is evident in her kindergarten class at a local Christian school. She has also taught at a Christian pre-school and has served in various women's ministries.
