Donate
We gratefully accept all types of donations. We need items such as jewelry, antiques, crystal, silver, lamps, small pieces of furniture, accessories, books, etc. These items can be dropped off at the Widow's Mite Experience Corporate Office in Shallotte. You can also call and someone will be happy to meet you at the office at your convenience. We would also appreciate donations of new pocketbooks for our teas and coffees. Monetary donations are gratefully accepted as well. We are a growing ministry and have lots of needs so if you have a donation but you are not sure it fits our purpose, please call... you never know. We can share testimonials concerning donations that were unusual but brought funds which were a huge help! The donations that we love the very best are donations that are truly a sacrifice for the donor to give. We just feel like Jesus smiles every time he sees a tear in the eye of a giver whose gift is costly to them whether that cost is financial or emotional. Can you imagine Jesus was standing in front of you as you give your gift... wouldn’t you love handing Him your very best? We see women do that every day and it is a beautiful thing to behold. Through the giving of His children and their sweet stories concerning these gifts, we have witnessed His precious love and that His Word is so true... you can never out give Him and that it is indeed, much more blessed to give than to receive. Try it, you’ll see for yourself!
